What Medical Insurance does Cuba require:
Cuba does require for all passengers visiting Cuba to have medical cover for when in Cuba. You can find out more information in our about medical insurance required to visit Cuba.
Do I have to fill the Health Declaration Form online before going to Cuba?
You must complete your Advanced Passenger Information (Health Declaration Form) within six days before arriving in Cuba. Please note we do not manage the Health Declaration Form; hence, we can only provide a little more information. Please visit https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio
