ELECTRONIC TOURIST VISAS FOR CUBA:

Commencing September 6, 2024, E-Visas will be issued for tourists visiting Cuba. The electronic visa presents several advantages, streamlining the Cuban Visa application process. Following online submission via our application form, we will promptly process your application and dispatch the E-Visa Code alongside an online link. This link facilitates procuring your Advanced Passenger Information form (Dviajeros) and E-Visa within a unified electronic document.

We present two processing options contingent upon your timeframe before travel to Cuba:

1. Standard Service: We aim to process applications within three working days, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

2. Priority Service: We diligently prioritise processing your application within one working day or on the same working day if submitted before 4 PM during working weekdays, excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Upon receipt of your E-Visa Code via email, it is imperative to securely retain the code and expeditiously access the provided link (Dviajeros with your unique E-Visa reference) within seven days of entering Cuba. Subsequently, upon submission of your Dviajeros page, a singular PDF file encompassing your Advanced Passenger Information and E-Visa will be issued. It is essential to download and retain this document on your mobile device or obtain a hard copy for presentation during check-in and upon arrival in Cuba.

PAPER TOURIST CARDS:

As previously outlined in the “What is a Cuba tourist Visa” section on our main page, our process and delivery offer three options: Standard Service, Standard Service With Special Delivery and Priority Service. Standard Service and Standard Service with Special Delivery can take around seven working days to be dealt with and posted, then the rest of the time will be the time it takes for your delivery. First Class, Royal Mail Post, can take up to fourteen working days. Special Delivery Royal Mail will be next 48 hours after posting. Priority Service does offer our fastest processing time and does include next-day post or office collection, depending on customers’ needs. Remember that you, our valued client, are responsible for accurately completing your Cuba Tourist Cards. The information you provide online will be printed, with no alterations made by us (Cubavisa. uk). Before proceeding with payment, please double-check that all your details are accurate and match your passport. We do not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur during your online application process.

Upon finalising your online payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Occasionally, we conduct random checks, and if we see any clear error, we’ll reach out to discuss the issue. However, please understand this is not a routine procedure, and as such, we do not bear liability for errors originating from your end.

Do review your confirmation email promptly and alert us to any errors. If caught early enough, amendments may be possible.

Upon submission, your application will be placed in a system queue according to the service requested. We strive to deliver prompt and efficient services to process and dispatch your Cuba Tourist Cards. If you’ve chosen an office collection, kindly get in touch before your arrival, and we’ll be more than glad to confirm a collection time for you. We exclusively utilise Royal Mail for all postal needs, including First Class Signed-For and Special Next Day Delivery services.
