Thank you for completing your Visa Application for Cuba. We will email you a confirmation of your online application and follow up with updates and either post or email delivery, depending on the type of tourist card requested.

If you haven’t received the Confirmation Email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Email folders using a computer and access your email account through a browser. If you still cannot locate it, kindly contact us via email; a team member will resend your confirmation email during our working hours.

Adding our email address to your contacts list (info@cubavisa.uk) should facilitate prompt receipt of our emails.

2. Receiving your E-Visa Tourist Card(s)

We will carefully handle your application and oversee the entire process to ensure timely delivery. We aim to provide your electronic tourist card number within the timeframe specified by your selected service. Please be aware that our office is closed on weekends and UK bank holidays.

Once your e-visa is ready, you will receive an email notification containing your e-visa number and a direct link to the D’Viajeros platform. Please complete your D’Viajeros declaration as usual within six days before you arrive in Cuba. Your D’Viajeros PDF confirmation will include your Electronic Tourist Card and Advanced Passenger Information on a single page.

Please make sure to save (write or printscreen) your Private Code given at the end of your Dviajeros page. Very useful in case you have issues with emails.
