Cuba Visa UK exclusively processes online applications. After submitting your application, you will receive a link to the D’viajeros form, which you must complete. This form is managed by the Cuban Immigration Authorities, and neither Cubavisa.uk nor Travelfab Ltd has any control over it.
If any issues arise after you receive the D’viajeros link from us, you will need to address them directly with the Cuban Authorities. While the Cubavisa.uk and Travelfab team is available to assist you via email or telephone, please note that we are not responsible for problems that occur outside of our services, which include promptly issuing the D’viajeros link.
The D’viajeros link we provide allows customers to fill out their form within six days prior to their arrival in Cuba. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help and can provide contact information for the Cuban Consulate or answer any questions you may have regarding the D’viajeros form. Completing this form will generate a PDF/JPG file containing a QR code and e-Visa stamp.
