Cuba E-Visa (Tourist Card) Requirements

  • Cuba has replaced the traditional Tourist Card with an E-Visa system.
  • You can apply for your Cuba E-Visa online quickly and securely.
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of your entry into Cuba and for at least 3 months beyond your departure date.
  • Make sure to apply well in advance to avoid last-minute delays.

Travel Insurance for Cuba

  • Cuban authorities require travellers to have valid travel insurance that covers medical expenses in Cuba.

Advance Passenger Information Form & Health Declaration

  • Within 6 days before arrival, travellers must complete the Advance Passenger Information form (also known as the Health Declaration form) online at Dviajeros Cuba.
  • You will receive a link to this form via email after your E-Visa application is processed.
  • Use Google Chrome browser for the best experience filling out the form.
  • You will need to enter details such as the province where your accommodation is located (e.g., Varadero is in the Matanzas province).
  • Fill out only the required fields if you are travelling for tourism purposes.

  • Travellers from the USA can also apply for a Cuba E-Visa online.
