Our Cuba Tourist Card services: We offer Official Electronic Visas to travel to Cuba for tourism by air (flying to Cuba from anywhere except the USA).

Please note that other types of Tourist Cards depend on how you travel to Cuba.

Travelling by sea: If you travel to Cuba on a Cruise or Charter boat, you will need a Green Paper Tourist Card instead of an E-Visa. Click here to apply for a paper Green Tourist Card.

When travelling from or via the USA to Cuba, or if you hold a USA Passport, you must have a Pink Tourist Card or contact the Cuban Consulate in Washington DC(USA) instead. You can apply for your Pink Tourist Card in advanced by clicking here.

Please note that holiday makers visiting Cuba on a Cruise, will need to get a Paper Green Tourist Card, which we can process, and will be soon available through a different page in our website.

If you are in the process of booking your holiday, please use the provisional information that you have. If this changes, simply complete your Advance Passenger Information form (D'viajeros Cuba - using the link that we will provide you) within two days before you arrive in Cuba. The importance of this process: For travel within 3 working days, choose Priority Service. We will process your application same day if applied before 4 PM UK time or within next working day if after. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends.

Type of Processing Service*

Important: If you are travelling within 3 working days we recommend using Priority Service, which only cost £6 extra and allow us to process your application within same working day if apply before 4PM or first thing the following working day. If you travel after 4 working days you can use standard service and your e-visa numbers will be with you in time.

Important: Ensure details match your passport, including Name, Middle Name(s), and Surname(s). Titles are not required. For passports without a surname, place a full stop (.) in the Surname Field.

Passport Expiry Date: Your passport must have at least six months validity from your arrival in Cuba and three months remaining post your departure date from Cuba.
